A new realm of thinking is opening, sometimes is scary and sometimes it feels like home. As I mentioned before I have an online portal where I promote meditation and reading as ways of finding inner peace.
Jon Kabat-Zinn’s writings make me come to the realization that my mere idea is slowly truly becoming a way of life for me, when I launched the site the concept of meditation was – to be able to train your thoughts and mind like you train your other muscles in your body. However author Zinn states, “Meditation is a way of being, not a technique.” It seems so clear to me know, in my worst moments of experiencing high levels of anxiety and panic, I would practice “meditation” or hands-on activities to calm myself; seeing from a new angle now, all I needed was to connect with this moment and walk into the world as being a “being”, living meditation.
There is nothing to find, nowhere to go, nothing to worry about because life is what is, and the acceptance of each moment and the connection to what is, personally embraces what I want to portray in my portal.
