What is keeping you from a dedicated practice? Personally, I struggle with my head, my inner self has always a better thing to do rather than mediation.
There are days that it wins, so I don’t sit to meditate, however, most days that I connect with my intention and I challenge my inner self. I ask myself, why practice? the first that comes to mind is for me, for my wellbeing.
After every sit, I feel energized and content with myself, even if the whole time I was getting distracted over and over again by thoughts, emotions, sensations or sounds.
