As we slowly return to “normal” and we start to consider returning to the office, what are your thoughts in regards to one-size-fits-all policies?
Personally, I applaud the steps that LinkedIn is taking towards trusting employees to make the decision and allowing the space for different models and ways of working.
At our small organization AlmaYEspiritu we will continue to stay remote, as our business model and structure does not include a physical location.
